Scope

These terms govern use of the zerqon.org website. They do not govern use of any Zerqon application, which is governed by that application's own end-user license agreement and the platform's standard terms (Apple's Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, in the case of iOS applications).

Ownership

The zerqon.org website, its content, and the Zerqon name and wordmark are the property of Zerqon LLC. Product names referenced on the site (including "GigBill" and "GigBill PM") are the property of Zerqon LLC.

Permitted use

Visitors may view, link to, and reference the website for personal and professional purposes. Visitors may not reproduce or republish substantial portions of the site content without permission.

No warranty

The website is provided as a courtesy informational resource. Information may change without notice. Zerqon makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the information for any particular purpose. Use of the site is at the visitor's own discretion.

The site may link to external resources, including App Store product pages and partner websites. Zerqon is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites.
